Medications

We receive your prescription information directly from your provider electronically, in most cases, through their prescribing software program. You can also request your prescription by logging into your secure member portal. Our pharmacy team will confirm your prescription and contact you to verify the order and complete your request.

Our pharmacist will contact your local pharmacy or physician and have your prescription transferred. Call us today to get assistance with your transfers.

The quantity of your medications will be based on the doctor’s order on the prescription. However, there is a maximum quantity limit equivalent to a 90-day supply allowed by the program per medication.

Our 1000+ free drug formulary is dispensed in 90 day supply prescriptions. For other cases we can supply you with a variety of quantities including 30-day and 90-day prescriptions.

Currently, there are no limitations on how many prescriptions you can fill with your membership.

365Script is not insurance and does not bill insurance. Our member program is designed to reduce the overall cost of prescription drugs. If your prescription is not one of the 1000+ that is free with membership you can submit the amount paid to your insurance company for reimbursement. Contact your insurance company for details on this process.

Generally all prescription available at a retail pharmacy are available. Go to 365Script.com and download the medication list or call customer service.

Our pharmacy sources from US wholesalers and manufacturers.

Our 1000+ free prescription are available through our pharmacy directly, other medication such as urgent prescriptions and antibiotics may be available at your local pharmacy with your member card.

All generic medications on our free formulary (drug list) are free as part of the membership program. To see what medications are available at no cost download our formulary here.

Medications not on our 1000+ free list can be requested through your 365Script.com membership at a discounted price just for members. Log into your secure member portal for your membership pricing or give us a call today.

Generic medications listed on the formulary are the only free medications with your monthly membership. However, brand name medications are also available at a discounted rate. Additionally, your membership provides you with Pharmacy Coaching where our pharmacists can help determine if there is an equivalent generic drug to help meet your medical needs and potentially save you a lot of money. Payment

You can update information such as your address and your payment information through your member portal.

We accept most forms of payment including, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Once your prescription is received by the pharmacy, via pharmacy transfer or by calling your doctor on your behalf, you will receive a secure text message in which you can confirm your order and pay.

We ship medications within 24 hours in most cases. You should receive your order within 2-10 business days from the time we confirm your prescription, receive payment and verified the prescription with your doctor. Timeframes are based on the shipping option you selected at the time of order.

Shipment

Your order will be shipped by the carrier which supports the shipping option you selected at the time of your order. We ship from USPS, FedEx or UPS. Most orders take 2-10 business days to arrive once shipped. Weather may delay your order in certain circumstances. Please check with the shipping carrier or our pharmacy team for assistance.

Expedited shipping times and costs will vary based on the shipping you selected. Our expedited shipping costs are: Next Day $44.95 2 Day $29.95 3rd day $19.95. These costs could change, however. Please refer to the shipping information provided when placing your order.

Your prescription could be delayed if your prescription is incomplete or unreadable, or if there is a manufacturer backorder. We will notify you if there will be delays of this nature with your order.

Yes, the shipping provider you selected at the time of your order will provide tracking information for your order once it is shipped.

Yes, we ship to all 50 states and Washington D. C.

We can ship to P.O. Boxes but do require a physical address on file. If you are shipping to a P.O. Box the only shipping method available is USPS.

Our return policy has been established to protect our members. For your safety, 365Script.com cannot accept returns of properly filled medication orders.
No, we don’t not offer automatic refills, however, you are able to set up reminder notifications to remind you to place your next order. Our pharmacy team will give you a call to verify the refill.

Don’t worry, we won’t let you run out of medication. We will contact you about 10-14 days before your next refill is due.

Our pharmacy will ship your medications directly to you at your home.
